elian.wang c7f2fd5bec 测试移远云:
1.增加移远云初始化时,qos配置
2.修改数据串口发送前 package_datas函数
3.修改modbus模式下,移远云不获取topic id
4.移远云中增加透传发送through_po
5.cloud_read_data_parse_main 函数中增加移远云没有topic id只有pkgid的特殊处理
